FOUNDERS

Montgomery “Merlin” Hoover is the creator and founder of the MUD PUPPIES MC and El Paso Chapter in Texas, USA.  He served in the United States Air Force Security Police and the United States Army Military Police.  He has been a Special Investigator for NASA and teaches Criminology and Forensics.  “Merlin” is the MPMC-Worldwide President and a member of the Slidell Chapter in Louisiana, USA. 

Marlise “Roo” Edwards is a founding member of the MUD PUPPIES MC and El Paso Chapter in Texas, USA.  She served in the United States Military Police Corps and is a Senior Security Specialist with a U.S. Government agency.  “Roo” is the MPMC-Worldwide Vice President and a member of the Washington, DC Chapter in Virginia, USA.

 Larry “Coyote” Hoover is a founding member of the MUD PUPPIES MC and El Paso Chapter in Texas, USA. He brought over 50 years of riding experience and three generations of members (himself, his son & two granddaughters) to the MPMC. “Coyote” was the MPMC-Worldwide Secretary and a member of the Slidell Chapter in Louisiana, USA.  (RIP Coyote 1943-2015)
